A life shaped by the blend.

Amy Perrin, founder of Kindred HomeFold, knows what it means to live in the Fold.

Her career spans what many see as opposing fields: interior design and market analysis.
Manifesting a rare combination of vision and precision—pairing the worlds of design and data, creativity and order—into a life in balance, Amy has never found these disciplines competing, but continually informing one another.

That blend has become her greatest strength, offering a unique perspective that shapes both how she designs and how she understands the rhythms and flow that make a home feel like home.

Amy’s personal story mirrors this same blending. After remarrying, she and her husband brought together two families across two states.
With homes in each of their children’s hometowns, they live 600 miles apart while building a life together—navigating the shifting balance of family, distance, and connection.

This ongoing blend has shaped her understanding of what it truly means to create a home.
It fuels Kindred HomeFold: the belief that a home isn’t defined by walls or addresses, but by the spaces where life’s many pieces are folded together with care—rooted in both comfort and character.
